Real Estate & Property · Worked scenario
“I have forty agents in the field and no idea what is happening until the month ends.”
AI agents and automation for real estate brokerages in Dubai, the UAE and the GCC. Leads arrive from Property Finder, Bayut, Instagram and the hotline into a CRM that is updated on Friday afternoon, if at all. The real record of the business lives on forty phones, and it leaves when the agent does.
What it costs you today
- 42 hours is how long the average company that answered within a month took to answer a new lead, and 23% of companies never answered at all, in a Harvard Business Review audit of 2,241 US companies¹
- About 39,776 active brokers in Dubai as of January 2026, who earned at least AED 13.7 billion in commission in 2025 between them²
- Nearly 7× as likely to qualify a lead when you try to reach it within the hour as when you try an hour later, in a second Harvard study of 1.25 million leads reported alongside the audit¹
Every slow reply is a handover to one of forty thousand other brokers.
A Harvard Business Review audit of 2,241 US companies found the average company that answered within a month took 42 hours to answer a new lead, and 23% of companies never answered at all; a second Harvard study of 1.25 million leads, reported alongside it, found that companies that tried to reach a lead within the hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify it as those that tried an hour later¹. Dubai had about 39,776 active brokers as of January 2026, who shared at least AED 13.7 billion in commission in 2025². Every slow reply is a handover to one of them. In 2022, Property Finder ranked agents partly on how fast and how often they replied, and listed the best-scored higher³.

What they tried
A team coordinator to chase follow-ups. The queue moved to that desk, and the leads still went cold at midnight.
What we build
The First System: a Response & Booking Agent on WhatsApp and the hotline, connected to the portal lead feed and the CRM. It grows into the Agency Control Tower: every lead, call, viewing and offer on one live board, and a property record that outlives the agent.
What a Tuesday looks like
- 09:02
A JVC enquiry is answered on WhatsApp in under a minute in the buyer’s language, qualified on budget and timing, and a viewing lands in the right agent’s calendar.
- 10:40
The owner’s board shows forty-three agents live. A Marina thread unanswered for three hours turns red and rises to the manager.
- 14:15
A viewing in Business Bay is logged, the voice note transcribed, the follow-up drafted for the agent to approve.
- 17:30
An offer lands on a Ranches villa. The record updates and two agents with interested buyers are alerted.

What changes
The agency control tower
Before Leads, calls and viewings live on forty agents’ phones.
After One live board of every lead, viewing and offer. Unanswered threads turn red and rise to the top.
Every property keeps its memory
Before A unit’s history is whatever the last agent remembers.
After Every enquiry, viewing, offer and owner instruction in order, kept when an agent leaves.
No lead waits for morning
Before Midnight portal enquiries go cold by breakfast.
After Answered on WhatsApp or voice in seconds, qualified, and a viewing booked in the right calendar.
Leasing without the inbox
Before Maintenance requests and renewals slip through email.
After Requests triaged, work orders raised, and every lease at risk flagged ninety days out.
Every agent we deploy says it is an AI, and a person can always take over.
