Privacy notice

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, work email, organisation, role and phone number if you give them, the service and sector you choose, and your message, through the contact form or by email.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our host processes these to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Visit statistics: our cookieless analytics count page views, referring sites, countries and device types. They set no cookies and do not identify you.

This site sets no cookies.

How we use it

Only to answer and follow up your enquiry, to run and secure the site, and to see which pages are useful.

Who processes it

• Vercel hosts the site.
• Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Our email provider hosts the hello@kwarix.ai inbox.

They act on our behalf and may process data outside the UAE, including in the United States.

Our AI consultant

The Talk to an engineer window is our AI consultant: an AI that tells you it is an AI. It runs on chat.kwarix.ai, our own service, and opens only when you choose it.

• What it keeps: the conversation, and the name, work email, organisation, role and phone number you give it, so that one of our engineers can follow up your enquiry. We use it to take the steps you ask for before any agreement with us.
• Who processes it for us: Anthropic (the AI model), Supabase (the database), Upstash (short-lived session data), Resend (email, including the code that confirms your address), Telegram (the alert to our engineer), Cloudflare Turnstile (the check that you are a person) and, only if you choose to sign in with it, Google. They may process data outside the UAE, including in the United States.
• In your browser: the chat window keeps its session in this tab until you close it. Cloudflare Turnstile and Google sign-in work under their own privacy terms.
• How long we keep it: a conversation that becomes an enquiry, as long as the enquiry; a conversation where you did not confirm your email address, 30 days.
• Your rights cover the conversation too: to see a copy or have it deleted, email hello@kwarix.ai.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry while we deal with it and any work that follows, then delete it. Our host keeps technical logs briefly, under its own retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or stop how we use it, or for a copy of it. Email hello@kwarix.ai; we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Law

We handle personal data in line with UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
