Questions a careful buyer asks.

Twelve questions buyers of AI agents in the UAE and the GCC ask, with plain answers. The ones your board, your IT team and your compliance officer will ask us anyway.

What drives the cost?
The number of channels, the number of systems we connect, whether you need Arabic voice, and how much of the operation you want us to run. We will tell you which of those your first system needs on the first call.
Where does our data live?
In the UAE: in-country cloud regions, sovereign infrastructure or on your premises. Where it lives is written into the agreement before work begins, and we name every sub-processor.
What happens when the AI doesn't know?
It says so, and hands the conversation to a named person with everything that was said. Every agent we deploy tells people it is an AI.
Who owns the code, the prompts and the data?
You do.
How do we stop?
Month to month after launch, with a documented handover. You are never locked to a model or to us.
Do you work with our IT team?
Yes, and with your legal and compliance teams from the first workshop. We connect read-only first.
Will our staff resist it?
The agent works inside the tools they already use. Nothing is migrated on day one. Their work changes from answering the same question to handling the ones that need them.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fits the task, the data rules and the cost. We are model-agnostic by design, so a model can be replaced without rebuilding the system.
Is this ready for a regulated business?
We build to the Central Bank's AI guidance of February 2026, DoH and DHA policy and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, with your advisers. Every system enters an AI register with its owner, tests and incidents.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers. Our systems act: they book, open cases, read documents and update your systems, and they are run by us after launch.
How is this different from a big consultancy?
We are engineers. You get a working system, not a programme, and the people who built it stay to operate it.
When should we not use an AI agent?
When the volume is low, the process isn't defined, the data isn't there, or the regulator forbids it. We will tell you if that is you.

A question we have not answered here? Ask it and we will add the answer.

Tell us the operation. We’ll show you the AI that runs it.
