Government & Public Services · Worked scenario

“Our people answer the same question a thousand times, and nobody can see the whole queue.”

Agentic AI for UAE government services, from Dubai. Requests arrive by call centre, website, app, email and walk-in, each keeping its own record. Performance reports reach the director weeks later, compiled by hand from systems that don’t talk.

What it costs you today

  • 50% of UAE Government sectors and services targeted to run on agentic AI within two years¹
  • 12 million customer hours saved by phase one of Zero Bureaucracy, which also saved about AED 1.12 billion a year and removed more than 4,000 procedures²
  • 542,686 contacts handled by one Dubai call centre in six months³

The mandate is dated, and every queue that still waits for a person is a cost that is already counted.

The mandate is dated: half of UAE Government sectors and services on agentic AI within two years¹. Phase one of Zero Bureaucracy removed more than 4,000 procedures, saved 12 million customer hours and about AED 1.12 billion a year²; the same arithmetic applies to every queue that still waits for a person. One Dubai call centre handled 542,686 contacts in six months³. A Cabinet programme will train 80,000 federal employees in agentic AI⁵. Abu Dhabi has set its own course to an AI-native government by 2027⁴.

What they tried

A chatbot on the website that answered questions and opened nothing. Residents still called.

What we build

A Customer Happiness Agent in Arabic and English that answers only from approved policy text, collects documents and opens the case in the existing system, on sovereign or in-country infrastructure. It grows into a Service Control Tower: live volumes by service and channel, SLA status, every escalation with its reason, and the weekly pack drafted from source.

What a Tuesday looks like

  1. 23:10

A resident asks about a permit renewal on WhatsApp, in Arabic. The agent answers from policy, collects the documents and opens the case.

  2. 08:30

The director opens one screen: volumes, SLAs, escalations. No report was compiled.

  3. 11:00

An inspector files findings with photos against the right premises. The head sees what failed and what is overdue, on a map.

  4. Monday 08:00

The KPI pack is already drafted, every figure traced to its source.

What changes

  • Every channel, one case

Before Call centre, app, email and walk-in each keep their own record.

After An agent answers in Arabic or English from approved policy and opens one case. Directors see live volumes and SLAs.

  • Field inspections, visible

Before Paper notes and photos on personal phones.

After A field app files findings against the right premises. A live map of what was visited, failed or overdue.

  • The weekly pack writes itself

Before Days compiling KPIs from five systems.

After A current pack every Monday, every figure traced to its source.

  • Policy you can search

Before Staff hunt through years of circulars.

After Answers with the exact clause cited, on sovereign or on-premise infrastructure.

Every agent we deploy says it is an AI, and a person can always take over.

What we measure

Average handling time, first-contact resolution, satisfaction, waiting time, and the share of services on agentic AI. The AI register is maintained from day one.

What this needs from you

  • Approved policy texts as the only source.
  • Case-system access, read first.
  • Hosting decided with your IT and legal teams before work begins.
